2. Desired Items (please specify the items you're interested in purchasing)

3. Preferred Appointment Times (let us know when you'd like to visit the shop)

Please do NOT arrive without an appointment. We are unable to exceed our appointment capacity. When you've arrived at our showroom, please call before attempting to enter our space, as we may be assisting other clients.
